Helios Productions is a private, independent, entertainment and production company which focuses on developing, financing and producing sophisticated commercial projects. The company develops the majority of its projects in-house while partnering with specific, distinguished companies on development and production of various projects.
The sole purpose of Helios Productions is to create high-quality, commercially viable films, produced on time and on budget. Helios has been working hand in hand with selected distributors, foreign sales companies, and talent agencies to package films.
Since opening its doors in April of 2008, Helios Productions has completed four films. It is our intention to continue at the same pace utilizing the business model that has proven itself in the past year.
The company finances films through a combination of private equity, tax incentives, soft money deals, foreign sales and negative pick-ups, and acquires projects only after developing an individual strategic plan, which focuses on financing, marketing and release elements prior to acquisition.
