In order to save his brother, Jack, Harry Cainne is pulled back into
his dark past of running pot into America. He must deal with dangerous
drug lords, dodge brutal pirates, DEA Agents and corrupt Mexican
police, all while fighting his brother for a beautiful Latina, Carmen.
