MIDDLETOWN is about a group of 8-year-olds from seriously dysfunctional families, whose distorted outlook on everything guides them on the adventures they have around their neighborhood. It’s PEANUTS meets THE JERRY SPRINGER SHOW.
The main character, Zack, who was deserted by his father, is in love with Vicky, who is bullied by her father. Their friends include Roberta the lush, Terry the hustler, Ruth the anarchist and Josh the born-again Christian.
